I strive to ensure you’re satisfied with every purchase from moderneco.shop. This policy outlines how returns and refunds are handled.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
The item is unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.
Your request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on my part.
⚠️ Non-returnable items:
Digital downloads, custom-made products, or clearance items (marked “Final Sale”).
2. Refund Process
Step 1: Contact me at support@moderneco.shop with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: I’ll provide a return address and instructions.
Step 3: Once I receive and inspect the item:
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days (bank processing times may vary).
Store credit may be offered if preferred.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds cannot be issued for:
Items returned after 30 days.
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling.
Products without original packaging or showing signs of use.
Return shipping costs (unless I shipped the wrong/defective item).
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
Email support@moderneco.shop within 48 hours of delivery.
Include photos/video of the issue and your order number.
I’ll cover return shipping costs and send a replacement or refund.
